Terms & Conditions.
Plain-English terms for using our website and working with us — so everyone knows where they stand from day one.
Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Uniwebapps website and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
Uniwebapps provides design, development and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or quote before work begins. That proposal, together with these terms, forms our agreement with you.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are clear and itemised, and remain valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin once the proposal is approved and any agreed deposit is received.
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Your responsibilities
To keep your project on track, you agree to provide the content, access and feedback we need in a timely way. Delays in materials or approvals may affect timelines and are outside our control.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you passes to you. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party assets (such as fonts, plugins or stock imagery) remain subject to their own licences.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes a defined round of revisions as set out in your proposal. Additional work or changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we proceed — no surprise invoices.
Warranties and liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. If you cancel, you remain responsible for work completed up to that point, and any deposit covers work already carried out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
